Denim Shorts To Live In This Spring
Living in Los Angeles, denim shorts are a staple of my wardrobe for most of the year. Somehow, I ALWAYS find myself on the hunt for the perfect pair. Right now, I'm loving denim shorts that aren't TOO short, that hit in all the right places and look truly FLATTERING. Looking back at photos from when I first started blogging, I cringe at how short my shorts were (here and here)!
The good news is--I’m no longer there! These days, it’s all about 4” "mom shorts” that are high-waisted, hold my post-baby bod in comfortably, and still look chic. Rounding up some of my favorite denim shorts of the moment (all clickable above) at different price points.Some of my favorite brands that carry denim shorts include Madewell, Abercrombie,AGolde, Levis, Urban Outfitters and Free People.
I'm a big fan of Levis and believe they're ALWAYS a good idea. A pair of Levis goes a LONG way, has such a great classic look to them, and they stand the test of time. I recently scored a vintage pair of Levis denim cut-offs (seen here and below). I’ve been living in them all quarantine long. I especially love that Levis are affordable. If you're looking for a great dark blue pair, these Levis are incredible!I’m also loving these mom jeansfrom Madewell and Abercrombie (pictured above).
If you're looking for a longer, classic pair, this AGolde pair is my current favorite. AGolde denim runs a bit pricier (this pair is $128) but they wear beautifully and last for seasons to come.
