2024 Recap
As I write this post, we have only a few hours left before we ring in 2025. 2024 was, by far, the most transformative year I’ve ever experienced in my life. Aside from the years I got married and had babies (which were HUGE life changes!), this year, I discovered a whole new version of myself and I’m proud of where I’ve landed. Sharing a quick recap of this year with you today and I couldn’t be more excited to see what 2025 has in store!
Launching Aliza Media
In February of this year, I launched a 360-degree media agency, Aliza Media. I took a BIG leap of faith in doing so because I decided for the first time in my professional life that I was FINALLY ready to bet on myself. I was terrified but excited, and I knew in my gut that it was time to start a new chapter.
After almost 20-years working in the corporate world for television/digital networks and production companies, I was finally ready to apply my skillset into becoming an entrepreneur. My goal was to create a company that would support brands in becoming creators in their own right. Building this dream from the ground up has been the most rewarding experience, and along the way, I discovered a whole new version of myself.
I am endlessly grateful to our incredible clients for trusting us with their visions and collaborating on so many amazing projects this year. Their support means the world to me. 2024 Family Recap
This year also brought unforgettable moments, like traveling to Paris with my sister for our first big international trip together as adults (more here). I left for this trip having registered my LLC for Aliza Media, knowing that when I returned, it would be time to hit the ground running.
Truth be told, I was SO nervous throughout our entire trip about my future, my anxiety was through the roof-—but the sister time, shopping, and dining in Paris made it all so much better. Looking back, this trip was the perfect way to kick off my new life chapter and I’m forever grateful.
This year, we also celebrated our daughters, Naiya and Sadie, turning 5 and 7. They look like teenagers to me now and they definitely keep me on my toes! They bring me more happiness than I ever could have imagined. Sharing some photos we took over the holidays of the girls below. As always, they styled themselves from head to toe and if I’m being honest, they sort of remind me of the twins in “The Shining” here but I love that they know what they want!

Here’s to chasing dreams, embracing growth, and cherishing the moments that make life so sweet. Cheers to 2024 and all the lessons, adventures, and milestones it brought.
I’ll be ringing in 2025 by watching “Wicked” and the east coast feed of the ball dropping in Times Square with our family at home. Naiya and Sadie came down with the Flu this week so we canceled our plans and we’ll be celebrating from the couch together. There’s always next year to party it up!
