Dad Sneakers + Baby Moccasins

I can't believe our Prague trip is coming to an end.  I wish our family could continue to travel for at least a few more weeks but of course we have to go back to the real world.

Traveling for the first time abroad with Naiya has been exhausting but also so special. I've been very aware of the fact that Naiya will only be this young once so I've been doing my best to soak it all in (the travel fussiness, dirty diapers at the most inopportune times and all!).

Overall, she really has been a dream and we feel extremely lucky! Sharing a few outfit photos we snapped before we left for our trip last week featuring white "dad sneakers" and the cutest little pink dress and blue romper on Naiya.

The "Dad Sneaker" Trend

I tried hopping on the dad sneaker train a few weeks back--especially since I was about to travel abroad and knew I'd want to bring a bunch of comfy shoes.

If you're not familiar with the "dad sneaker" trend, basically clunky 90's sneakers with thick bottoms are currently back in a big way.  People tend to love them or hate them--without much gray area in between.

I'm personally loving that they add a bit of extra height to me since I'm a shorty. I also love that they can be paired with so many different types of outfits. They look especially great with suits and blazers if you work in an office that is open to that sort of thing.

Today, I stuck with a simple white pair but there are a bunch of louder-colored pairs out there right now (here and here) that have really grown on me too.

Outfits Of The Day

Today, I styled my "dad sneakers" with a denim mini skirt, red moto jacket, basic belt and black turtleneck.

Naiya has been wearing the cutest gold moccasins on repeat that we scooped up from Amazon. I literally want to buy them in every color.

They've really helped her learn how to walk outside because they have such soft bottoms.

Her pink dress is from Target and she's been wearing it all over Prague. Her blue romper is from Bobora--a line is full of such cute and affordable kids clothes you should definitely check out!Leaving at 6am to fly back to LA from Prague.

Fingers crossed that our little fashionista is as well-behaved and happy as possible!
