Red Midi Dress + Baby Ruffles

Sharing some of our favorite looks of the moment---the most adorable blue and white dress for Naiya and a red midi skirt for me.

Blogging away from Prague tonight after a whirlwind few days. Sharing outfit details and a little bit about our trip so far below.

Excited to put together a full detailed Prague guide for anyone hoping to travel here in the future soon as well. Stay tuned!

Czech Republic Trip With Baby

We’re having the best time in and around Prague this week! This was our first trip abroad since becoming parents and it has been both amazing and exhausting so far.  It's so special having Naiya with us.

While I wouldn't trade it for the world, traveling is much more complicated with a baby.Keeping Naiy on a schedule is nearly impossible (though we're trying!) and over 12 hours on a plane felt so exhausting, by the time we landed, I swear my arms were about to give out from holding her the entire time.

The good news is, Naiya was actually an angel on the plane--it's was just hard to contain her! Also, she decided to sleep for only 1.5 hours out of the entire journey so that meant we had to move around and entertain her the entire time.

The good news is, barely sleeping on the plane meant Naiya got herself right on the new time zone after we landed! She slept through the whole first night (despite the 9 hour time change) and we were so lucky.

Overall, we’re grateful we didn't skip this trip on account of being too stressed out that we’d be overwhelmed as new parents. We came close a few times but traveling as a family of three has been such a rewarding experience.

Prague Trip Highlights So Far

So far, we've fallen in love with everything we've seen in Pragueβ€”from the castle to the clocktower.  The views from both are so incredible. Looking forward to exploring more this week!

We also fell in love with Cesky Krumlov, a small town about two hours outside of Prague. We rented a car and carseat to drive there (Phil crushed it on the stick-shift like a pro--I would've never been able to make it down the street).

The town looks like it's right out of β€˜Beauty And The Beast’ because there's a giant castle in the middle that really does make you feel like you woke up in a fairytale.

Excited to share more soon!

Outfits Of The Day

Naiya is wearing one of my favorite dresses in her closet right now by OshKosh. So sad she’s already growing out of it so quickly because it's the cutest! We paired it with a simple white lace bow.

As for me, I've been wearing this red midi dress on repeat and I'm loving it! I scooped it up at Mango a few weeks back and now it's on sale for just $39.99!  Today, I paired it with white cat eye sunnies and white mules.

I also wore my first scrunchie in public since the '90's so that was pretty major.  I'm pretty sure I swore these things off somewhere around middle school but I do love that they are so soft and have been helping to keep my hair healthier.

It was a black scrunchie so it was only a gateway to the crazier colored ones but I'm not ashamed to admit I totally loved it.
