Toddler Pouches We’re Obsessed With

For the first six months of Naiya's life, we were both completely soy, dairy, nut and gluten free. We basically ate air. Looking back, sometimes I'm not even sure how we survived it!

Naiya's gut wasn't fully formed yet and she had horrible food allergies and painful reflux.  Since I was nursing her, I had to eliminate any potential allergens from my diet too (more about that here).

Thankfully, Naiya has now grown out of her allergies we still try to eat as clean as possible. Naturally, we both fell in love with the most amazing soy, dairy, nut, and gluten-free probiotic pouches. The best part? These pouches don't taste like air at all--they're flavorful, and delicious and Naiya can't stop gobbling them up!

Sharing a bit more about these pouches below as well as where to snag the cutest pom pom skirt for your mini.

Tiny Giants Food Pouches

We've tried a ton of different food pouches in our house over the past few months. We've stuck mainly to the kind that have to be refrigerated because these are the most natural. Pouches without a shelf life kind of scare me because I feel like they're full of too many unnecessary preservatives and chemicals.

As Naiya's gotten older, she's become more and more of a picky eater. The pouches she used to love were recently boycotted and they're sitting sadly in our fridge waiting to be eaten.I'm so thankful we found Tiny Giants pouches--aka Naiya's new holy grail.

She gobbles these pouches up and she doesn't push them away. As I shared above, I love that they're soy, dairy, nut, and gluten-free but that they still taste so delicious.

Then again, I should know because I may or may not have "borrowed" a few of Naiya's pouches myself. They're really that good!

Our favorite flavor happens to be "banilla vanana" because it tastes like the perfect banana smoothie. "Mangood" (mango) and "Berry Slide" (berry) flavors are very close seconds. These pouches are sold at Erewhon, Lassens and some other specialty health food stores (more info here).

Naiya's Outfit Of The Day

Naiya and I are obsessed with her adorable tulle skirt with floating pom poms! She's sporting a light gray one but the skirt comes in a bunch of different colors. It looks so cute paired with comfy sneakers. Naiya's wearing sparkly pink ones today.

We topped off her look with a matching pink t-shirt. She's getting so big, she basically looks like a teenager in these photos. How is time flying by this quickly?!
